A woman was arrested at the Tarzana estate of R&B singer Chris Brown on Tuesday after allegedly attempting to breach the perimeter of the property, marking the latest in a string of security incidents at the performer’s home.

Law enforcement officials responded to a burglary call on June 2 after a caller reported that an unidentified woman was attempting to break into the residence.

While initial reports suggested a potential entry, law enforcement sources later clarified that the suspect did not successfully make it inside the house. Police arrived at the scene and took the woman into custody shortly after the attempted breach was reported. The incident is the second high-profile security threat Brown has faced in less than a month. In mid-May, a male intruder was arrested after he reportedly hopped a fence and attempted to start a fire on the property.

That individual demonstrated a particular persistence, returning to the roadway in front of the home after his initial release. He was ultimately arrested three times within a 48-hour window for repeatedly attempting to scale the singer’s security fence. These repeated trespassing attempts come at a tumultuous time for the singer’s personal security detail. In early May, Brown reportedly fired a security guard following a violent altercation at the gated estate.

During that incident, a woman allegedly ran over the guard’s foot with her vehicle, leading the guard to discharge a CO2-style weapon at the car. The guard was subsequently arrested on charges of vandalism and assault with a deadly weapon. Brown, who is often referred to by fans as “Breezy,” has long dealt with extreme behavior from members of his fanbase. Despite the frequency of these attempts, his security team and local law enforcement have managed to prevent any intruders from physically accessing the interior of his San Fernando Valley home during this recent wave of incidents.

While representatives for the “Under the Influence” singer have not yet released an official statement regarding Tuesday’s arrest, the repeated security breaches have raised concerns about the safety of high-profile celebrities in the area. The identity of the woman arrested this week has not been released, and it remains unclear what charges she will face beyond trespassing or attempted burglary.

Police are continuing to monitor the area around the Tarzana property to discourage copycat attempts and ensure the safety of the residents.
