DDG is urgently asking the court to stop Halle Bailey from taking their baby son, Halo, out of the country. He says Halle’s planned trip to Italy this Saturday poses a serious emotional and psychological danger to their child. According to TMZ, DDG filed an emergency motion Wednesday, requesting a hearing to block the international travel.

According to DDG, Halle is not in a stable mental state to care for herself or their son, and he fears what could happen if she leaves the court’s reach. In his legal documents, he describes worrying behaviors, including an incident where Halle took his gun and left without telling him where she was going. He says he later found her outside holding the weapon while she was pregnant. He also alleges she secretly tried to get an abortion but ultimately decided against it.

DDG says that two months after Halo was born, Halle sent him disturbing messages threatening to harm herself and implying danger to their baby. This comes after Bailey previously accused DDG of abuse, claiming he once slammed her face into a steering wheel, causing a chipped tooth.

DDG denies those allegations and offers a different account. He says when he arrived to pick up Halo for his custody time, Halle suddenly jumped into his car’s backseat, demanding they finalize a co-parenting plan. He claims she became aggressive, hitting him from behind, and accidentally struck her head on the steering wheel during the scuffle.

DDG also claims he suffered abuse from Halle, submitting photos of a deep cut on his hand that he says she inflicted. He wants the court to prevent Halle from taking Halo overseas and is seeking sole custody. If the court denies sole custody, DDG asks that a third party supervise all custody exchanges.
