According to reports, Diddy faces a wave of new lawsuits accusing him of “violent sexual assault,” with allegations brought by three men and two women, all filing anonymously. These latest claims further escalate the mounting legal troubles surrounding the embattled music mogul.
A male accuser asserts that in 2022, after being invited to an afterparty at Diddy’s Miami mansion, he was sexually assaulted by the mogul. The lawsuit claims Diddy handed the man a drink, then led him on a tour of the estate that ended in a bedroom, where the mogul allegedly demanded two women perform explicit dances for him and two other men.
The accuser describes feeling “weak and disoriented” before losing consciousness completely. Upon regaining awareness, he found Diddy allegedly trying to assault him. The legal filing states, “At some point later, he woke to a sharp pain in his rectum and anus.” “As he turned around to check the pain coming from his anus, he saw Combs naked, fully erect, trying to insert his penis into Plaintiff’s anus.”
The man says that after his drink was tampered with, he was powerless to resist Diddy, whom he describes as wearing a “disturbing smile” while he was attacked.
Lawsuit Claims Diddy Drugged and Assaulted Man in 2001 Audition
In a separate lawsuit, another man claims he met Puffy in 2001 “for a possible acting role in a music video.” According to the plaintiff, Diddy reportedly showed up at the casting, instructed him to remove his shirt, and then handed him a drink. The accuser states he chose a Diet Coke but described its taste as “strange.”
The legal filing asserts that the man lost his bearings and soon “realized he was laying face-down across a large ottoman with his head and arms hanging off of one side, and the lower half of his body hanging off of the other.” The case reads: “His pants were pulled down to his ankles and his shirt was pulled over his head. He felt a great deal of pain and realized, as he looked back, that he was being anally sodomized by Combs. His vision was blurry, but he recognized Combs’ chest tattoo and the large gold chain with a jeweled cross on it that Combs wore during the interview.”
The accuser asserts that Diddy’s bodyguard, along with another individual present at the audition, played roles in the assault, with the latter allegedly “orally sodomizing him.”
Attorney Tony Buzbee of Texas is representing the plaintiffs, with his firm having recently filed a string of lawsuits against Diddy. Buzbee has stated that he now represents 120 alleged victims of the Bad Boy Records founder, who remains incarcerated while facing charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.
