Diddy is now facing another legal battle, this time from a street musician accusing him of rape. A lawsuit filed by an unnamed plaintiff details an encounter outside a Los Angeles nightclub, where the man, performing on guitar, was allegedly approached by someone claiming to represent the mogul. The musician says he was invited to a private party, where Diddy reportedly handed him a drink and initiated a conversation about his musical ambitions.

Doe admired Diddy’s necklace before being invited to view his collection. As they moved to another room, dizziness overtook him, causing him to stagger. Allegedly, Diddy then asked, “Have you ever sucked a dick before?” The man then rejected his question. Despite his answer, Diddy ignored the performer’s refusal, exposed himself, and then forced oral and anal sex until the man blacked out.

Diddy Denies Allegations, Vows to Fight Lawsuit

The man woke up the next morning with an IV at his home, later dropped off at the club. He claims to have endured severe pain, emotional distress, and humiliation, and now seeks compensation. The lawsuit was filed by Tony Buzbee, the attorney representing several of Diddy’s accusers, on behalf of the street performer.

Diddy’s legal representatives described the rape accusations as “racially ridiculous” and “demonstrably false,” asserting that the embattled music mogul and his team are prepared to contest this case, along with any others, in court.

“As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false,” stated Diddy’s lawyers. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
