On the Upper East Side of Manhattan is will be where Diddy will reside if he’s released on bail.

PEOPLE reported that the Bad Boys founder attended his third bail hearing on Friday, Nov. He’ll hear the judge’s decision next week.

During the court appearance, Diddy was dressed in a khaki jail uniform. He smiled and waved at his family who were in the second row. His twin 17-year-old daughters, Jessie and D’Lila Combs, were also in the courtroom.

In an extremely tense two-hour hearing, Judge Arun Subramanian told the U.S. Attorney’s office and the defense team to provide more clarity on Diddy’s communication from behind bars since his arrest in September.

The judge also requested evidence from both sides “on the specific forms of communication Combs is permitted to use by the Bureau of Prisons. Nov. 25. 12 p.m. ET is the deadline for the request.

One of Diddy’s attorneys informed Subramanian that their client would live in a three-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan if released.

Before his most recent bail hearing, Diddy was denied bail by two different judges. They both noted their concerns about potential witness tampering. Prosecutors have already accused Diddy of using his influence to target witnesses.

The prosecution team alleges that Combs has made “relentless efforts to contact potential witnesses, including victims of his abuse who could provide powerful testimony against him.”

Also, the prosecution claims Diddy used other prisoner’s phone cards to call his family.

Judge Subramanian ruled that evidence procured during a sweep of Diddy’s’ jail cell would be considered on Tuesday (Nov. 19).

Since his arrest in September, Diddy has been facing numerous allegations of sexual misconduct and abuse in several lawsuits.

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and prostitution charges. He is in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

If found guilty of all the charges, Diddy could face up to life in prison.

On May 5, 2025, Diddy will stand trial.
