Diddy’s Beverly Hills mansion has become a stubborn fixture on the real estate market, struggling to attract buyers since it was listed two months ago.

Sources familiar with the situation revealed to TMZ that interest has been strikingly low; only a handful of prospective buyers have even stepped inside the home, which was the target of a significant Homeland Security raid in March. None have shown serious intent to buy, making the property’s future uncertain.

One recent viewing highlighted the mansion’s challenging appeal: a married couple toured the estate, but the woman reportedly found the atmosphere unsettling and left in haste.

Sources attribute this “ick factor” to recent allegations against Diddy, both civil and criminal, which seem to have cast a shadow over the house. Adding to the hurdles, local real estate agents say Diddy’s price tag of $61.5 million is unrealistic, estimating its value falls far short of that figure.

The market timing isn’t in Diddy’s favor, either. With Thanksgiving and the holiday season approaching, real estate sales traditionally slow to a crawl, and interest is unlikely to rebound until the new year.

Though other notorious properties, like the so-called “Menendez murder house” in Beverly Hills, have eventually found buyers, that case was decades in the past, while the Diddy controversy remains recent and unresolved.

For now, Diddy appears preoccupied with other priorities, yet a price cut may be on the horizon if he hopes to finally move the mansion off the market.
