DJ Akademiks is once again at the center of viral chatter after his latest livestream took aim at Sean “Diddy” Combs and model Daphne Joy, who shares a son, Sire Jackson, with 50 Cent. During the stream, the outspoken media personality claimed that Diddy had allegedly evicted Joy from a luxury rental home in Northridge, California — a property he said the music mogul had been financing.

Speaking to thousands of viewers, Akademiks walked fans through a mix of Zillow listings and screenshots from Joy’s old Instagram Stories. He claimed online sleuths matched the layout of a recently listed home — particularly its kitchen — to the one featured in Joy’s videos.

“Apparently, this was where she was staying,” he told his audience. “Don’t ask me how n****s pulled this up. If y’all remember this kitchen, it looks pretty accurate.”

Akademiks said the property, once rented for $10,000 a month, had been relisted at $12,000. He linked the change to Diddy’s ongoing legal turmoil. “Remember, Diddy was paying ten racks? It’s now listed again,” he said. “She probably couldn’t pay it. Diddy got her the f*** on out of there.”

The streamer theorized that Diddy cut off payments after his trial and possible fallout with Joy, who was rumored to have cooperated with investigators. He tied the timeline to late summer 2024, when the home first appeared back on the market.

“That matches up,” Akademiks said. “Diddy gave notice, and boom — she’s out.”

In typical Akademiks fashion, the commentary blended gossip with humor. He repeatedly called on 50 Cent to “take her back,” joking, “It’s over. No more fondue — back to ramen noodles.”

He even compared Zillow photos of the empty home to the final Fresh Prince of Bel-Air scene, laughing, “This s*** empty as hell. Diddy did his big one on this one.”

At one point, Akademiks imagined Diddy shouting orders to his son, Justin Combs. Reenacting, Big AK says, “‘Justin, get her the f*** out of my crib! She testified on me!’”

He credited a fan for finding the listing, saying, “This type of stalking is top tier.”

By the end of the stream, Akademiks triumphantly told his viewers, “We got her. Diddy got her the f*** out of there,” adding that Joy was “out,” while another of Diddy’s rumored flames, Gina Huynh, was “still on the team.”

The viral rant showcases Akademiks’ unique blend of internet sleuthing, humorous trolling, and celebrity gossip. It transforms speculation about Diddy’s alleged eviction of Daphne Joy into yet another spectacle for his dedicated audience.
