The “Hotline Bling” artist shared his wish on Sunday after viewing a viral video of Carrey roasting comedian Jeff Ross for Ross’s 61st birthday. In the clip, Carrey playfully attacked Ross, joking that the comedian was such an “ugly baby” that his mother was forced to sign a non-disclosure agreement at birth. Drake, clearly impressed by the performance, commented on the post, “Wow this is now all I want for my birthday.”
Ross, a veteran of the celebrity roast circuit, expressed his delight at the tribute from Carrey, whom he described as a “Canadian mountain man.” The interaction between the three stars highlights a growing trend of high-profile roasts serving as the ultimate badge of honor within the entertainment industry.
Carrey, who is currently preparing to star in a live-action “Jetsons” film, also used the video to joke about his “millions of dollars in passive income” compared to the time it takes to blow out birthday candles.
