French Montana knows how to dodge controversy, and during a recent podcast appearance, he used the classic “double-parked” excuse to escape a tough question.

While appearing on Sited with Rah Ali, the “Unforgettable” rapper was asked about the ongoing fallout between Drake and Rick Ross—two of his longtime collaborators. Instead of answering, he removed his headset, handed it to Ali, and said, “I’ll be right back. I think I double parked my car outside.” He then walked off the set and never returned.

The moment quickly went viral, reinforcing Montana’s growing pattern of walking away from uncomfortable conversations.

According to Page Six, the interview started off on a positive note. Montana appeared upbeat while discussing his growth as an artist and his recent World Cup performance.

“He walked in and reflected on his journey,” a source said. But things shifted when Ali asked about his personal life. “I’ll skip that,” he replied, visibly irritated. The tension only deepened once the Drake and Ross feud came up.

Footage from Onsite! Media, which produced the show, captured Montana asking the crew to stop filming as he exited. The scene echoed another recent incident involving the rapper.

In April, during an impromptu interview, a livestream host asked Montana if he had spoken to Sean “Diddy” Combs, his former Bad Boy Records collaborator. The rapper responded, “Come on, man,” before stepping onto an escalator and ending the conversation.

Both walkouts suggest Montana has little interest in revisiting past alliances or addressing scandals involving former associates.

French Montana has not responded publicly to the incident on Rah Ali’s podcast. For now, his silence only fuels speculation. Whether it’s about personal drama or fractured friendships, the Bronx native seems to prefer disappearing rather than explaining.
