In 2016 we launched HotinTech, and the premier episode was with Randy Slavin, aka the ’Drone Lord’, the master behind the New York City Drone Film Festival, now in it’s 3rd year(well going on 4th now), and we caught up with him actually at the fest this year and it was spectacular!! We got to see all the cool Drones that get used in the films, as well as the filmmakers, including legendary cinemaphotgrapher/drone enthusiast, AND the winners of this years NYCDFF!!
The Package that was offered this year was mos def INCREDIBLE, an huge 8 propeller copter(?$10K) with an Epic RED camera attached($35K)….. it literally could film a Hollywood production, walking away with this puppy gives a complete advantage as a filmmaker!!!
