Ice Spice appears to be addressing new social media rumors involving her personal life following public allegations made by an online personality known as Reggie.
The Bronx-born artist seemingly shut down claims regarding a romantic entanglement with popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat in a cryptic but pointed post on social media. The controversy began when Reggie, who has been embroiled in an escalating public feud with Cenat and the content creator group known as the Clover Boyz, leveled a series of accusations against the collective.
In a post shared to X, formerly known as Twitter, Reggie alleged that Cenat and his associate Tylil had been involved in secret affairs with high-profile women, specifically naming Ice Spice and Ari Fletcher. Reggie’s post, which quickly went viral, claimed that Cenat had “cracked” the “Munch” rapper, using slang to suggest a sexual encounter.

The post also included disparaging remarks about the internal dynamics of the Clover Boyz, accusing members of envy and theft. Ice Spice, whose real name is Isis Naija Gaston, responded shortly after the allegations surfaced. “May all lies told on me come true for the teller,” the rapper wrote on her official X account. While she did not mention Reggie or Cenat by name, fans and industry observers interpreted the statement as a direct rebuttal to the claims circulating online.
The rapper has a history of using social media to clarify her private matters when they become public talking points. Ice Spice and Kai Cenat have maintained a visible and friendly relationship as both rose to mainstream prominence simultaneously over the last two years. Cenat, one of the most successful streamers in the world, has not yet issued a formal statement regarding Reggie’s specific claims.
However, legal tensions between Cenat and Reggie have been building, with previous reports indicating Cenat may be pursuing litigation over prior accusations. This is not the first time the “Deli” rapper has had to navigate the rumor mill. Earlier this year, Ice Spice faced intense speculation regarding a potential pregnancy following her collaboration with Lil Yachty on the track “Out My Face (My Baby).”
The speculation grew so loud that major publications were forced to confirm she was not expecting before the rapper eventually addressed the gossip herself. Publicity surrounding the artist remains high as she continues to dominate the hip-hop charts.
