Sean “Diddy” Combs faces mounting pressure as his federal sex trafficking trial intensifies.

A witness identified only as Jane testified that the music mogul continued to host “freak offs”—sex parties with hired male escorts—even after FBI agents raided his homes in Miami and Los Angeles in March 2024.

Jane, who says she remained romantically involved with Diddy until his arrest in September, told the court she attended gatherings in May, July, and August. Her account suggests the raids had little impact on Combs’ private behavior, despite growing legal and media scrutiny.

Meanwhile, Diddy’s attorneys have filed a motion for mistrial, accusing prosecutors of presenting false evidence. In a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian, defense lawyer Alexandra Shapiro argued that the government knowingly relied on inaccurate testimony involving model Bryana Bongolan. Prosecutors claimed Combs dangled Bongolan over a Los Angeles balcony in 2016, but Shapiro insists this could not have happened.

According to the defense, Combs was in New York during the alleged incident, staying at the Trump Hotel from September 24 to 29. Hotel records—entered into evidence as GX7Y111—confirm his location. “The government knew or should have known this testimony was false,” Shapiro wrote, calling the claim perjured.

The motion adds new tension to an already volatile case marked by graphic accusations and high-profile witnesses. Jane’s claim that Diddy continued hosting sex parties after federal raids paints a damning picture of disregard for legal threats.

Judge Subramanian has yet to rule on the mistrial motion but is expected to decide today, June 10. As testimony unfolds, the trial represents a pivotal moment in Diddy’s career, placing his legacy, freedom, and public image on the line.
