Jay Z Brings 2X Cancer Survivor on Stage! [VIDEO]

During Jay Z’s 444 stop in Oakland, he noticed a woman holding a sign that said she beat Cancer not once, but TWICE!

Hov could not let that sign go unnoticed, and invited the woman to come up on stage to salute her properly.
