JAY-Z‘s attorney has revealed a swarm of evidence that allegedly discredits any ties to the ongoing lawsuit, accusing him of raping a 13-year-old girl with Diddy.

Reportedly, attorney Alex Spiro voiced during a press conference at Roc Nation’s headquarters that the incident “never happened.” As the conference went on, Spiro displayed pictures of JAY at a separate outing to the one listed in the lawsuit, claiming that none of the locations listed paired with the narrative of the case. He stated, “There is no such location.” “We don’t know whether they created a location in order to try to get jurisdiction in New York so they could bring this case in New York or that they just didn’t do their homework.”

Additionally, Spiro called out multiple flaws in the accuser’s statement, asserting that it’s unrealistic for a 13-year-old to get driven to the party, assaulted, then flee to a close gas station to call her father for a ride home. He declared, “These are not minor inconsistencies … If you look at the time, it’s not possible this could happen.” Spiro added that he believes the suit should “be dismissed. If not, it will crumble.”

Spiro Rejects Timeline, Denies Diddy Connection

Furthermore, Spiro argued that the woman recalling the event being watched on a jumbotron was also inaccurate as there was no jumbotron during that time. He added to his argument, pointing out that she would not have reached Diddy’s limousine anyway due to the large amount of roadblocks and security after Eminem’s infamous performance from that night.

Spiro then debunked JAY-Z’s past relations with Diddy, who is at the center of a major sex trafficking and racketeering investigation. He stated, “Mr. Carter has nothing to do with Mr. Combs’ case or Mr. Combs.” “They knew each other professionally for a number of years. At music awards, they support each other. They go to the NBA All-Star Game, they support each other. That’s just how professions work.” He continued, “There is no closer association between any of them — that’s also a matter of fiction. That’s all that there is. He doesn’t know anything about the charges or allegations against him. He has nothing to do with that case and there’s nothing more to say.”

The attorney then addressed how all of this has affected Hov, saying, “He’s upset that somebody would be allowed to do this, would be allowed to make a mockery of the system like this. He’s upset that this distracts and dissuades real victims from coming forward. He’s upset that his kids and family have to deal with this. And he should be upset.” Responding to the claim, prosecutor Tony Buzbee voiced, “Courts resolve factual disputes. They aren’t resolved in press conferences.”
