During Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial in New York, Judge Arun Subramanian issued a stern warning to Combs for attempting to interact with the jury—behavior the judge deemed “absolutely unacceptable.”
The warning came following observations of Combs “nodding vigorously” and making eye contact with jurors during the testimony of Bryana “Bana” Bongolan, a friend of Combs’ former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
Judge Subramanian emphasized that such conduct must not recur, warning Combs’ lead defense attorney, Marc Agnifilo, that any further infractions could result in Combs being removed from the courtroom.
The trial, now in its fourth week, continues with testimonies from key witnesses, including Bongolan, who alleges that Combs once dangled her over a 17th-floor balcony, and another ex-girlfriend, known under the pseudonym “Jane,” who is expected to testify about being coerced into drug-fueled sexual activities.
