One Of The Ex-Cops Charged In George Floyd’s Death Posts $750,000 Bail

One of the former police officers responsible for the death of George Floyd has reportedly posted bail.

Daily Mail reports Thomas Lane was released after posting a $750,000 cash bail. Lane spent a week in jail and is charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter. He’s released on conditions and is home with his fmaily according to the report. 

Earlier today we reported a list of bills expected to pass this week in NY after public pressure. Also, Derrick Chauvin, the other former cop who is the reason for Floyd’s death got his bail increased as a result of the worldwide protests. So keep in mind every action and effort toward justice matters!
