Kash Doll stirred up a social media frenzy after pulling a bold, and pretty unsanitary, move courtside at the Detroit Pistons vs. Milwaukee Bucks game on Friday. The rapper, known for flaunting her lavish lifestyle, shared a short Instagram Story where she used a $20 bill as a makeshift tissue to wipe her nose.

The clip shows Kash Doll casually digging in her nostrils with the folded bill, giving off the impression she was searching for boogers. Though it didn’t appear there was anything actually in her nose, the act alone was enough to spark a wave of online criticism. Many found the video more cringe than funny, with people calling her behavior “gross” and “corny,” according to AllHipHop.

Instead of grabbing a tissue, or even using her finger (which still would’ve raised eyebrows), she opted for one of the dirtiest objects around: paper money. The internet was quick to point out just how unsanitary and unnecessary the moment was, not to mention wasteful. After all, no one knows where that $20 bill had been. It could’ve passed through the hands of a dancer, sat at the bottom of a storm drain, or collected dust in a child’s piggy bank full of sticky coins.

To make the moment even more bizarre, Kash Doll was the one behind the camera, filming herself mid-act, implying it was intentional rather than a slip-up caught by someone else. Online reactions were swift and critical, with many accusing her of doing it purely for attention. Several social media users expressed disappointment, questioning when women started abandoning class, while others felt the flashy display of wealth lacked substance.

Kash Doll later responded to the backlash, writing on X, “Drunk me ain’t got sh*t to do with me😂.”

She’s currently linked to NFL free agent Za’Darius Smith, who joined the Detroit Lions late in the season before being released.
