LeBron James or Michael Jordan? This debate is one of the most popular and polarizing in the world of sports.

After years of rumors, James recently shared how he played against MJ as a high schooler and dominated the game.

Appearing on the New Heights with Jason & Travis Kelce, James detailed the game that took place between the two GOATS of the NBA.

James said that the game took place in 2001, and he was matched against Jordan, and other NBA stars Antoine Walker, Penny Hardaway, Ron Artest, and Michael Finley.

“First of all, MJ, Antoine Walker, and the rest of those guys did not let young guys get on the court at all,” James said. “I was 16 years old, and I was a sophomore in high school. It takes a while to get on the court. It’s usually when the older guys, they get tired and don’t want to play no more.”

Travis then asked who guarded  James who guarded him and said, “Nobody, I was unguardable,” drawing laughter from the Kelce brothers.

“I was in Chicago at MJ’s court, it was called ‘Hoops,’” James said “When I finally got out there, I was busting ass, man,”  “I was nervous, I was nervous as hell being out there with MJ and the rest of those guys, but I was like, ‘I’m about to go crazy,’ and I did.”

On Paul George’s “Podcast P” podcast, Ron Artest confirmed James’ unbelievable performance.

“He was cooking,” Artest said. “He was posting, getting to the basket, and I was like, ‘This is going to be a huge issue.’”

While he was 20 years old in 2001 and  James was around 16, he said the Akron native could have gone pro at that time.
