Lizzo is taking on a new role in Kai Cenat’s world of livestreaming, stepping away from the usual guest appearance and into the classroom. Cenat announced that the Grammy-winning artist will serve as one of the instructors for the next season of Streamer University. This is his program built around helping aspiring creators learn how to navigate the fast-moving world of online entertainment. The move comes after Lizzo previously appeared on Cenat’s livestream alongside SZA more than a year ago. That appearance showcased the kind of energy and connection that have become central to his platform.

While Lizzo is not a full-time streamer, her career has been shaped by many of the same principles that drive successful online creators. She has built a global audience through direct engagement, strong branding, and an ability to turn moments of attention into lasting cultural conversations. For students looking to establish themselves online, her experience could offer lessons in everything from audience growth to maintaining a recognizable identity. She also provides tips on extending one’s brand beyond one specific field.

Streamer University is returning with expectations of a larger second season. Cenat has assembled a lineup filled with some of the internet’s most recognizable personalities. Among the announced instructors are Agent, Duke Dennis, Cinna, Ludwig, Adapt, Maya Higa, and YourRAGE. Their sessions will be broadcast online in the coming weeks. This will give viewers a chance to watch creators share the strategies behind their success.

The buildup to the program has also created its own wave of attention. Thousands of aspiring streamers participated in auditions for a chance to join the experience. The process produced viral moments and appearances from names including Adrien Broner, DeenTheGreat, BenDaDonnn, and Soulja Boy.

Lizzo’s involvement remains one of the more unexpected parts of the upcoming season. How she chooses to translate years of experience in music, entertainment, and personal branding into lessons for emerging creators will become clear once the classes begin.
