A new lawsuit has been filed against Diddy by a model who alleges he drugged, detained, and sexually assaulted her for hours. The lawsuit, filed anonymously, details an encounter at a VIP party in 1999, which Diddy hosted in New York City.
According to the complaint, he handed her a drink during the event, after which she experienced extreme drowsiness and struggled to remain on her feet. She alleges that once they arrived at his residence, she lay down fully clothed, expecting a safe place to rest. Instead, she claims he became aggressive, making unwanted physical advances.
Filed by attorney Tony Buzbee, the suit accuses Diddy of forcibly groping her breasts and genitals and penetrating her with his fingers for four hours. She states that throughout the assault, she repeatedly said no and fought to resist him.
Once the effects of the drug subsided, she allegedly confronted him and demanded he call a cab. She then left his home. This lawsuit joins a growing list of legal actions accusing Diddy of sexual misconduct, adding to mounting allegations that have surfaced in recent months.
This week, a news report surfaced of a Jane Doe suing Diddy for an incident in Los Angeles. The court document claims that Jane Doe was forced to drink alcohol before assaulting her. The mogul is currently detained in Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
