Nick Cannon is not allowing politics take over what he feels is right.
The comedian/personality had a stand-up special Friday night (Feb 10), in which he addressed the topic of race and more. One joke they didn’t enjoy too much was the notion he was losing his “black card” for his role in America’s Got Talent.
Some members of NBC were allegedly offended by the show and were thinking about taking disciplinary action against him.
Before they got a chance to, he decided to quit and made announced it in a lengthy Facebook response.
