Nicki Minaj is sounding the alarm about what she sees as a disturbing pattern of attacks against her, with Roc Nation at the center of her claims. The rapper recently reposted an interview with Demoree Hadley. Hadley is the daughter of Roc Nation CEO Desiree Perez. She’s currently involved in a legal battle with her mother over claims that she was forcibly institutionalized.

In the interview, Hadley connected her own experience with what she believes is happening to Minaj, stating, “They’ve [Roc Nation] abused her [Nicki Minaj’s] freedom of speech, they’ve abused her family, they’ve attacked her husband, they’ve attacked her child…It should really scare the American people.” She continued, “If it’s happening to me… it’s happening to her… nobody is safe right now.”

Minaj appeared to cosign those claims and didn’t hold back when addressing her critics online. Taking to X, she wrote: “To the PMs who claim it wasn’t made clear to ur ugly asses, hopefully Demoree’s MASSIVE & detailed page by page claim gets you all the way caught up. And ummmm…NEVER call me a liar. Never insinuate it either. Every single angel ever created fights for me at the mere MENTION…”

Hadley also suggested that Roc Nation may have manipulated public perception of Minaj. “It’s frightening… and I do think there is enough to speculate, allegedly, that Roc Nation probably, most likely, abused their platform and their influence to kind of, you know, tarnish Nicki Minaj’s image,” she said.

Minaj ended her post with a warning: “Vengeance is the Lord’s. Be careful. No one who conspired on the wrong side will go unpunished… I hope it was all worth it.”

So far, Roc Nation has stayed silent on the matter, while Perez has responded by countersuing her daughter.
