Black Twitter is not here for the SLANDER of ‘Can We Talk’ Tevin Campbell!
In the wake of Aretha Franklin’s death, critics began to speak of TRIBUTE’S especially since Franklin has a voice that is incomparable.
A tribute can be happening as SOON as next week with the MTV VMA’s therefore a ton of names have been thrown into the fire including Tevin Campbell.
After Campbell’s name was suggested, author Luvie Ajayi took to Twitter and made a comment that didn’t sit well with the Internet, and eventually got Tevin Campbell’s name to TREND.
“Someone suggested Tevin Campbell to sing at Aretha’s tribute. Under what rock did they pull that name from?”
