Pusha T Launches Criminal Reform Campaign

Pusha T is turning his music into words.

The rapper has decided to launch a brand new campaign focusing on criminal reform he calls Third Strike Coming Home.

Along with lawyers MiAngel Cody and Brittany K. Barnett, the campaign will help release those who have been sentenced life in prison due to the 1994 three strikes law in-which those guilty of a violent felony plus two other convictions under the mandatory law.

“This is way more than a song, it’s a movement!” Pusha T wrote on Twitter announcing the campaign. “We are doing everything in our power to bring home men and women trapped behind the wall due to an outdated 3 strikes drug law.”

To support the campaign, the rapper donated $25,000. Those who want to donate can visit the official Third Strike Campaign website.

Over the past week, Pusha T has released two songs. The Lauryn Hill assisted “Coming Home,” as well as “Sociopath” featuring Kash Doll.
