Remy Ma has been vocal about the recent tension and complicated love in her relationship with husband Papoose. After exposing an alleged affair between Papoose and professional boxer Claressa Shields on social media last month, the drama quickly escalated. In response, Papoose defended himself online, bringing up rumors about Remy’s own alleged fling with rapper Eazy The Block Captain. While speculation surrounding the two has been ongoing, Remy doesn’t seem keen on putting the rumors to rest anytime soon, suggesting there may be more than just love at play.
At a rap battle between Eazy and Shotgun Suge on January 5, Remy appeared to show her support for Eazy. During the battle, Eazy shouted to Remy, “Don’t you love me?” and she responded, “Yes.” This interaction only fueled the speculation surrounding their rumored relationship. Suge, however, didn’t hold back when mocking both Eazy and Remy, particularly calling out Eazy for being allegedly knocked out by Papoose at a 2023 event. “He dropped you, now he with a btch that’ll really fck Remy up,” Suge rapped, and went on to mock their relationship, calling Eazy a “Temu Papoose.”
Just a few weeks earlier, Remy had appeared to shout out Eazy during a “LOX & Friends” performance in New York City, adding more fuel to the rumors. Though neither of these moments explicitly confirms a romance between Remy and Eazy, they certainly suggest there could be some truth to the speculations.
Meanwhile, Claressa Shields recently spoke out about the situation during an interview with Jemele Hill. She confirmed she’s ready to throw hands, but clarified it has nothing to do with Papoose. “At this point the girl leaked my number,” Shields said, adding, “So at this point, you can give me a dollar and I’ll put my hand over her.”
