Scott Storch, the legendary producer behind some of hip-hop’s most iconic records, has cut all ties with Kanye West.
Once close collaborators, their bond shattered after West’s antisemitic remarks and disturbing praise of Adolf Hitler. For Storch, the betrayal felt personal, leaving him furious and heartbroken.

“He turned out to be a piece of shit,” Storch said bluntly, his disappointment clear.
The remarks, he added, went beyond public controversy—they struck at his identity. “I thought I was his friend, but I guess I can’t be because I’m Jewish,” he reflected.
His frustration boiled over as he imagined what he’d say if they met again. “If I saw him, I’d probably crack him in his face,” Storch admitted.
