‘Tis the season of giving, and Snoop Dogg recently revealed an extravagant wedding gift he gave his daughter, Cori Broadus.
During an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, Snoop was asked to share the most “over-the-top” gift he’s ever given. He responded, “You know, it’s the truth, but the only thing about this gift is she hasn’t opened it yet — or maybe she never will.”
He went on to say, “I gave her a million dollars for her wedding.” Cori, 25, smiled and nodded in agreement, saying, “That’s right, that’s right!”
Jennifer Hudson, joking, replied, “What do you ask for after that? Oh my goodness!”
In the same interview, Snoop Dogg shared his confidence that his daughter Cori’s fiancé, Duece, is truly “the one” for her.
“As a father, you just know,” Snoop told Jennifer Hudson. “I’m speaking for him here, but as a father, one thing you can always trust is that when it’s your little girl, you’re not going to let her go to anyone who won’t treat her with the utmost care.”
The couple’s journey will be showcased in their upcoming reality show Snoop’s Fatherhood: Cori and Wayne’s Story, produced by Death Row Pictures and 101 Studios. The show is set to premiere on Thursday, December 5, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on E! and will also be available for streaming on Peacock.
