Tamar Braxton is embracing her body and showering herself with self-love. She shared a Twerking video with her 5.3 million followers, admiring her weight. In the caption, she wrote, “I’ve gained weight and lost it at the same time; who can relate?”

Tamar made an excellent “dance recovery” after fans jokingly made fun of her twerks a few weeks ago. In a video, people in the background were trying to give her “twerk lessons.” In the footage, you hear Tamar ask, “Like this? Is this it?” Then the friend said, “arch ya back! Slide down the wall!” Then you hear another voice say, “Woahh, there you go!” Tamar even captioned the video, “#teachTamarhowtotwerk.”
In other Tamar news, a few weeks ago, she addressed rumors of getting back with her ex David Adefeso. During a Q and A session with fans, an online user asked about her status with David, and Tamar replied, “We don’t know what the Lord has for me. I welcome whatever the Lord has.” She later, clarified that although David “is amazing,” they’re not back together. Tamar said, “David is amazing, but we don’t go together.”
Rumors continued to swirl and Tamar recently said online, “Hey there…I know y’all are used to a different Tamar but that’s simply not me anymore. I haven’t fallen out or gotten back together with anyone. I’m not messy and drama-filled.” She went on to talk about her self love journey and said,
“I’m healing and under construction. That old Tay is NEVER coming back cause she doesn’t exist. Get used to this one. She’s more consistent, confident, and blessed…basically, she’s so much better. God bless y’all,” with a heart and prayer-hand emoji.
