YouTuber Tasha K lost a defamation case against Cardi B in 2022 that awarded the rap star $4 million from the blogger.

Tasha K is pushing back against Cardi B’s accusations that she is concealing assets in her ongoing bankruptcy case. The blogger contends the rapper is attempting to destroy her financially and derail her career.

In newly filed court documents, obtained by TMZ, Tasha K accuses Cardi of using her financial power to intimidate her and interfere with the bankruptcy proceedings she initiated in 2023.

This legal move followed Cardi’s multi-million-dollar defamation judgment against her. Tasha argues that Cardi’s actions are a calculated effort to suppress her voice by tying any potential settlement of the debt to sweeping restrictions on her freedom to post content on her blog and social media platforms.

Tasha insists her case should not be dismissed, emphasizing that she deserves the opportunity to present her proposed repayment plan to the bankruptcy court.

Her response comes after Cardi filed documents last month seeking to have the bankruptcy case thrown out. In her filing, Cardi questioned whether Tasha was genuinely unable to pay the $3.4 million judgment awarded to Cardi in 2022.

Cardi also alleged that Tasha has been leading a “luxurious” lifestyle while hiding funds from creditors. She claims to have uncovered evidence of offshore trust accounts linked to Tasha, which she believes demonstrate an effort to shield money rather than settle her debts.

As the legal battle continues, both women remain locked in a high-stakes dispute over financial accountability and free speech, with each side seeking to assert their narrative in court.
