On October 3rd, seemingly every American received an alert/text from Donald Trump. The alert came through similar to an Amber alert or a weather alert. The alert was sent as a test for a president to ensure they can communicate an emergency alert to all Americans directly to their cell phones, all at once.
The test is apart of FEMA’s National Wireless system- this is used to alert the public about emergencies, missing children and weather,
Of course, after that alert came through- the undefeated internet came with the jokes! LOL!
