Wendy Williams stuns fans as she makes rare public appearance for her 61st birthday.
According to TMZ, over the weekend, Wendy was spotted leaving a NYC restaurant, Rubirosa where she dined with her niece, Alex Finnie, and Alex’s fiancé, Eric.
“She looks really great and I love this for her..” reacted one fan. “Bring her back to TV. Happy birthday Wendy..”
Wendy was also previously spotted attending her son Kevin Hunter Jr.’s college graduation. The ceremony was held on December 19 at Florida International University. Fans were thrilled to see the former talk show host at the special occasion.
We previously reported that the iconic radio host was previously diagnosed with Aphasia and Frontotemporal dementia.
A press release from her team confirmed, “after undergoing a battery of medical tests,” Williams was diagnosed with both conditions in 2023.
“Over the past few years, questions have been raised at times about Wendy’s ability to process information and many have speculated about Wendy’s condition, particularly when she began to lose words, act erratically at times, and have difficulty understanding financial transactions,” the release stated.
“Unfortunately, many individuals diagnosed with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia face stigma and misunderstanding, particularly when they begin to exhibit behavioral changes but have not yet received a diagnosis,” the statement continued.
