WWE Women’s Champion Jade Cargill isn’t letting PED chatter slide.
The Atlanta native addressed speculation head-on after a viral workout clip sparked accusations that her sculpted physique is chemically enhanced. The criticism surfaced on X, where one user claimed she was “100%” using performance-enhancing drugs after watching her lift.
Cargill responded on April 9 with a message that balanced restraint and precision. “I was going to read you for filth. But it’s no point,” she wrote, signaling she initially considered a harsher response before pivoting to a more controlled tone. The line set the stage for a firm denial that followed.
“No, I’m not on anything. I have GREAT genetics, and I work hard,” she continued, crediting her build to discipline and natural inheritance rather than PED use. To reinforce that claim, Cargill pointed to her family, noting that her brother’s physique reflects the same genetic makeup. The statement positions her body as a product of consistency, not shortcuts.

She also clarified the context behind the now-circulating clip. According to Cargill, the footage was taken when she had just learned about neck issues that affected her strength in the gym. That detail challenges the validity of the original accusation, suggesting the video doesn’t even capture her at full capacity.
Still, the frustration is evident. “I swear, y’all will try to discredit me for anything,” she wrote, framing the PED claims as part of a wider pattern of doubt surrounding her dominance.
Cargill closed with a sharp jab: “I’ve ALWAYS been muscular. But I see you can use a meal plan.” The remark flips the criticism back onto the accuser, blending humor with bite.
In shutting down PED speculation, Cargill reinforced her image as disciplined, genetically gifted, and unapologetically self-assured.
