Travis Scott, Ye, and their kids star in the new ad campaign for Scott’s Cactus Jack footwear collection, “CJ1 T-REXX.” The Cactus Jack Instagram account shared the new ads on Thursday (May 9), previewing a new music collaboration by Ye and La Flame.
Scott wrote in the video caption, ‘ THE FAM FOR THE JACKS, ‘ crediting photographer Gabriel Moses.
The new song is featured in Ye’s ad. The background music hears Ye repeatedly sing, “Only nights on the moon… Lonely nights on the moon … Holy nights on the moon.”
Scott posted the video on social media with the caption “Ye And The Jack” without revealing anything else.
Ye and Travis have their own solo ads, while Scott’s daughter Stormi and his son Aire play with Ye’s daughters Chicago and Psalm in a separate ad. They are all wearing the new Cactus Jack shoe line. The kids’ teaser features the Uptopia track “MY EYES.”
In Scott’s solo ad, he shares the journey to his new collection’s release. “’A JOURNEY THAT FELT LIKE FOREVER IS FINALLY HERE. MY FIRST SIGNATURE AND I COULDNT BE MORE PROUD,” he wrote in the caption. “DOING BACK FLIPS RIGHT NOW. SO GLAD I CAN FINALLY SHARE THIS WITH YOU GUYS. Travis Scott will head overseas this summer as his Circus Maximus tour invades Europe. The tour supports Utopia, Scott’s fourth album, featuring Teezo Touchdown, Young Thug, Bad Bunny, The Weeknd, Beyonce, and more.
Ye is working on his Vultures trilogy with Ty Dolla $ign, who suggested a possible fourth album in the series this week. The second installment in the series missed its scheduled release date last week.
