Young Thug calls for Drake, Metro Boomin’ and Drake to squash their beef.
The rapper, who is currently behind bars, tweets “@Drake @1future @MetroBoomin we all bruddas. Music aint the same without us collabin..” Thug writes via Twitter.
All may be well between Metro and Drake as during a recent interview, Metro was asked about Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s battle. The producer says he believe a little competition is healthy for the culture. He also says he has no ill-feelings towards anyone.
“I have love and respect for all my collaborators,” he asserted. “I just want to see everybody do their best and continue to help push this forward.”
The producer went on to say he feels like the internet took the battle too far by picking a side. “It’s more like Stan culture,” he noted. “It makes it kind of weird.”
Young Thug isn’t the only one who wants peace in the crew. 21 Savage also previously spoke about his relationship with Drake and Metro Boomin. During a previous Instagram Live session, 21 Savage spoke out about the battle surrounding his longtime collaborators, Drake and Metro Boomin.
“Stop buggin’ me about that drama,” Savage stated firmly. “Metro’s my brother, Drake’s my brother. They’ll sort it out eventually.”
