Young Thug & Gunna Indicted, Roc Nation Taking On RICO, Casanova Facing 60 Years

Megan the Stallion’s foot injury is still in question, Young Thug + Gunna indicted on RICO charges, Jay Z is launching a social justice summit, Casanova facing 60 years – all on this week’s episode of the Wrap Up with L’Orèal Luchi.

Megan Thee Stallion:

Megan’s Injury from the Tory Lanez shooting is still in question. An alleged leaked LAPD report surfaced online saying the doctor in the case treated Megan for a laceration caused by broken glass, not a bullet. The new report allegedly confirmed that X-rays of the supposed gunshot wound showed no bullet fragments were recovered or extracted from Megan’s injured foot. In a recent interview with Gale king, Megan revealed she still has bullet fragments in her foot.

Jay Z:

Jay Z rounded up social justice leaders from various industries for a summit that is set to take place on July 23. It’ll be hosted by the philanthropic arm of Roc nation, The United Justice Coalition. According to the UJC Website, the event will “bring together leaders, experts, and advocates who are committed to working together in the spirit of social and racial justice.”

Casanova:

Casanova pled guilty to racketeering and drug charges. He’s facing a mandatory minimum of five years and a maximum of 60. He admitted to conspiring to traffic over 100 kilograms of marijuana and being the gunmen in a 2020 shooting.

Casanova said he was put on suicide watch a couple of days ago during court. In an IG post, Cas says he believes they put him in the box to pressure him into copping a plea. He also told the judge in his teenage years that he attempted to take his life multiple times.” He turned himself in back in Dec 2020, and his sentencing will take place in Dec of this year.

Young Thug & Gunna:

Young Thug and Gunna were named in an 88-page indictment for alleged criminal street activity and conspiracy to violate the RICO Act. The feds have been investigating them since 2012. Authorities say Young thug is the founder and leader of the Young Slime Life gang, which authorities say is a blood affiliate. They also say Young Thug oversaw crimes, including murder. They accuse Thug of ordering a Fulton County jailhouse hit on rival Atlanta rapper, YFN Lucci, who was stabbed in February.

Nine songs are also being used against him in court, including Young Thug’s recent banger “Ski.” There was a raid at his home where cops found many drugs and several firearms. As a result, he’s facing seven new charges. He was denied bond & lawyer Brian Steel says his client will be cleared.
