Young Thug has secured a small but meaningful legal win in his ongoing fight to reclaim his belongings. According to The Jasmine Brand and other sources, a Georgia judge has ruled that the state must return some of the luxury jewelry seized during the May 2022 raids that led to his arrest.
The confiscated items were part of a $149,426 collection that included cash, firearms, and high-end accessories. Among the pieces set to be returned are a Rolex Datejust engraved with “King Slime,” a diamond cross pendant, a necklace with green jewels, a diamond tennis necklace, and a pair of diamond stud earrings. Rafaello & Company, the jeweler believed to have supplied the pieces, has also reclaimed ownership.
While this isn’t the biggest legal victory for Thugger, reclaiming his jewelry is still a step in the right direction. However, there’s no word on whether he’ll get back the money, firearms, or vehicles he also requested. The list of cars includes two Mercedes Benz AMG GTs, a 2022 Chevrolet Corvette, and a 2022 Porsche 911.
Despite the ongoing legal battle, Young Thug has been making moves in music. Since the start of 2025, he’s been back in the studio, recently linking up with Lil Baby and Future for WHAM‘s “Dum, Dumb, and Dumber.” There’s also speculation that Quavo might be next, as Thugger was spotted in behind-the-scenes footage of Quavo’s upcoming single, “Trappa Rappa.”
Beyond new music, Thug is preparing for his first major performance since his release. On July 5th, he’ll take the stage as the headlining act for the third day of Belgium’s Les Ardentes Festival, marking a highly anticipated return to the spotlight.
