Yung Bleu might be plotting his next move outside the booth — and straight into the boxing ring.

On Jan. 27, the Mobile, Alabama, rapper took to Instagram and posted a video of himself putting in work on a heavy bag at the gym. The clip wasn’t just about fitness.

It came with a caption that read like a public challenge aimed directly at the celebrity boxing world. Bleu tagged streamer Adin Ross and the Kick livestreaming platform, two major players in the growing influencer fight scene, and made his intentions clear.

“😂 Man @adinross @kick hit me up I’m next in that ring give me 3 months with a trainer let’s get this money 💰,” Bleu wrote, mixing humor with confidence.

The message suggested he’s open to stepping into celebrity boxing, framing it as both a competitive test and a business opportunity. In the era of rappers trading verses for gloves, Bleu appears ready to see how far training and discipline could take him.

Anticipating the internet’s response, Bleu addressed critics before they could flood the comments. “🤷‍♂️ incoming all the boxing experts 😂 before y’all come ain nobody say I was Floyd I’m just getting started,” he added.

The rapper made it clear he isn’t claiming elite status or comparing himself to boxing legends like Floyd Mayweather. Instead, he positioned himself as a beginner willing to train, learn, and build from the ground up.

Bleu’s post lands as celebrity boxing continues to gain traction, with artists, influencers, and streamers headlining events that blur the lines between sport, entertainment, and spectacle. Adin Ross has become a central figure in that space, regularly hosting and promoting fights streamed on Kick to massive online audiences.

Whether this turns into an official bout or stays as gym motivation, Yung Bleu has officially put his name in the celebrity boxing conversation — and judging by his tone, he’s ready for smoke, criticism included.
