Yung Miami is setting the record straight after being spotted at the same restaurant as NFL star Stefon Diggs.
The rumor mill started churning after photos of the two surfaced online, but Miami was quick to clarify her stance. “Can’t fall in love with no hoe!!!” she wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “Young, rich, outside, & single!!!!!” she added, making it clear she’s not looking for anything serious.
The former City Girl recently opened up about her past controversial relationship with Diddy.
During the season two premiere of her show Caresha Please, Miami addressed the ongoing allegations surrounding Diddy. “I can’t speak on something that wasn’t my experience, and I can’t speak on something I don’t know,” she explained. “I wasn’t around at the time, so I can’t speak on these allegations. I don’t know that person, and that wasn’t my experience.”
Miami also touched on the public perception of her relationship with Diddy. “People think I was Diddy’s biggest cheerleader and that I made him my brand. But honestly, I feel like Diddy was on brand for me,” she said. “I met him when he was in a different phase of his life. At that time, the world was celebrating him—he was getting his flowers while he was still here. He was honored at the 2023 MTV VMAs, the 2022 BET Awards, and received the key to the city.”
“With his new album coming out, I was simply celebrating him along with the rest of the world. I just feel like everyone’s trying to crucify me for that,” she continued. “I was celebrating him when the world was celebrating him, so why am I being criticized or separated from that?”
Miami also confirmed that she and Diddy are no longer romantically involved.
