It’s the ROC!
With the success of all of the biopics in the past few years, why not tell the story behind one of the biggest rap groups in recent history.
From 1996-2005, Roc-A-Fella Records had an all-star roster in its prime of artists like Jay Z, Memphis Bleek, Beanie Sigel, Freeway, The Diplomats and much more.
During an interview with Hip Hop Motivation one of the founders Dame Dash revealed that there is a biopic in the making.
“There’s a lot that people didn’t see, and that would be the part I’d be showing. So you don’t know what I’m going to show you,” Dash said. “Why would I just make a re-creation of what everybody saw? I want to make things that no one knew.”
Should be interesting!
