Jennifer Hudson Shares How She Has Maintained Her Dramatic Weight Loss

The beautiful Jennifer Hudson went from a size 16 to a size 6 and ladies she is sharing her secret how she did it. She down 80lbs and 7 years after her dramatic weight loss she is still able to keep off the weight and that’s the hardest part.

She went on the Oprah Winfrey show back in 2011 and shared some exercise tips and how she lost the weight but she is back and better than ever and telling how she keeps the pounds off.

Hudson says that she’s been able to keep those 80 pounds off not by exercising, but watching what she eats. And when she says that she watches what she eats, Hudson isn’t kidding. She’s meticulous about her meals and when she eats them.

She is gorgeous and such a weight loss inspiration.
