Drake performed in Las Vegas for New Year’s Eve…with none other than Jennifer Lopez by his side. However, it’s not J. Lo that’s the highlight of the evening!

During his 40-minute set, Drizzy had something to say regarding both his ex, Rihanna, and his nemesis, Meek Mill! However, the Rihanna comment wasn’t shade, despite reports to the contrary.

After briefly performing “Work,” his collab with Rih, Drake asked the DJ to cut it off, and said:

“Alright, that was the vibe for 2016…you’ve got to give it up to my new music.”

Many took that as he was calling Rihanna an old vibe, but he was merely saying that the song was from last year, and that he instead has new music for the new year.

Drake also performed his infamous Meek diss, “Back To Back,” but then made quite a diplomatic promise:

“When people do the most left field, fucked up shit to try and tear you down, you still gotta win no matter what. So I’ma do this song, and this is the last time I’m going to do this song. Win by any means necessary, and when you win, please do it gracefully in 2017. That’s my message to you.”

I wonder if Meek will leave the beef in 2016 as well!
