One of NFL’s most popular (and infamous) quarterbacks of all time has some advice for Colin Kaepernick.
The former Atlanta Falcons star was a guest on Fox Sports 1’s The Herd where he discussed the situation the former San Francisco 49ers star is in. Vick’s career almost ended when he was involved in a big dog fighting operation. He was eventually picked up by the Philadelphia Eagles and went on to have a successful career.
When asked if he had advice for Kaepernick after allegedly being blackballed by the NFL, he responded by suggesting he should cut his hair.
“The first thing we got to get Colin to do is cut his hair,” he said. “Listen, I’m not up here to try to be politically correct, but even if he puts cornrows in it, I don’t think he should represent himself in that way in terms of just a hairstyle. Just go clean cut. Why not? You’re already dealing with a lot of controversy surrounding this issue. What he needs to do is just try to be presentable.”
