Personality Daryl “Taxstone” Campbell has officially been charged with second-degree murder for the killing of Ronald McPhatter at Irving Plaza back in 2016.

Taxstone was also charged with attempted murder, assault and weapons charges. He has already plead guilty to federal charges of possessing a firearm as a felon.

The shooting also involved Troy Ave who was shot, and caught on video shooting back during the incident. He is currently being charged with attempted murder and weapons possession.

He is currently suing Irving Plaza and Live Nation who was promoting the show that day for not providing enough security that night.

Taxstone can face more than 20 years for the weapons charge alone. We’ll give you more information as it becomes available.
