Personality Taxstone has decided to plead guily.
The popular podcaster was facing jailtime due to the shooting involving Troy Ave back in May of 2016, where law enforcement believe the gun that was shot belonged to the Brooklyn native.
He reportedly pled guilty to possessing a firearm as a felon and receiving a firearm in interstate commerce.
Taxstone is now looking at about 20 years in prison although the sentencing has not yet been released.
Troy Ave is also facing jail time for his involvement in the incident in which security cameras saw him shoot across the room. The shootout resulted in the death of Ronald McPhatter.
