After two years of waiting to be sentenced, a judge has finally made a ruling for Nicki Minaj’s brother, Jelani Maraj

On Monday (Jan. 27) Jelani Maraj was sentenced for raping his then 11-year-old stepdaughter.

A judge gave him 25 years to life at a Long Island courtroom. He was convicted for predatory sexual assault and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

Reported on Page Six, the Nassau County Supreme Court Judge Robert McDonald “lambasted Maraj for sexually abusing the girl, saying that his ‘view is that you ruined this child’”

Judge Robert McDonald also said, “You raped this child. You raped her over and over again.”

As of right now, Nicki Minaj hasn’t made any comments on the situation.
