Tekashi 6ix9ine is currently awaiting trial for RICO charges. A judge reportedly closed 6ix9ine’s sexual misconduct case, as he awaits this current trial.
Tekashi’s lawyer states the cased is being closed because, as he is currently in prison he cannot adhere to the terms of his probation, as well as community service.
If you remember Tekashi was sentenced to four years of probation in his child sex case. As part of the deal, he was told to refrain from any crime and kicking it with any gang members as well as avoiding all gang activity. Which he has been in trouble since.
The Brooklyn rappers trial is set to September 4th, 2019. If convicted, he is facing up to life in prison.
