Serena Williams’ husband, Alexis Ohanian, is showing support to Trevor Noah amid his farewell to Comedy Central’s The Daily Show.
Last week, Trevor delivered an emotional goodbye, crediting Black women for his success. The South African comedian said, “I always tell people if you truly want to learn about America, talk to black women. Yeah, because unlike everybody else, black women cannot afford to f**k around. And find out black people understand how hard it is when things go bad, especially in America.”
Alexis retweeted the part about Black women and added, “What a farewell from @Trevornoah.”
Last month, Drake referred to Serena’s husband as a “groupie.” On Drake’s collaboration album with fellow rapper, 21 Savage, on the track “Middle Of The Ocean,” Drake raps, “Sidebar, Serena, your husband a groupie. He claims we don’t got a problem but, No, boo, it is like you comin’ for sushi.”
Alex responded, “The reason I stay winning is because I’m relentless about being the absolute best at whatever I do — including being the best groupie for my wife & daughter.”
In 2017, Serena Williams married tech giant and philanthropist Alexis Ohanian. The beautiful couple shares a five-year-old daughter.
