UFC fighter Conor McGregor might want to step back into the boxing ring following a shocking loss to Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Last night (March 5), he looked back at his fight with Floyd Mayweather to highlight the mistakes he felt he made during his 2017 matchup.
His comments made it seem like he wanted a rematch, and that he feels he could beat him if the two were to face off once again.
“Rushing the right hook I lost balance on my back hand,” he tweeted. “Great boxing fight! A rematch will be interesting no doubt.”
I spoiled it with the rush right hook here. The angle was made. He was in the dirt. I just had to set correctly into my feet and fire. Rushing the right hook I lost balance on my back hand.
Great boxing fight!
A rematch will be interesting no doubt. https://t.co/bYVWhOjKO4

Mayweather has been hinting a return to the ring, but it is yet to be seen who his next opponent would be. Within the past year he has teased a rematch against Pacquiao, and others.
The last matchup between Mayweather and McGregor made about $275 million.
