Kodak Black was hoping to get out of jail on bond but the request was denied.
According to Fox, federal prosecutors “successfully appealed a judge’s decision to release Kodak.
The report says that the Feds were able to convince the judge that Kodak is a “’danger to the community’ based on his lengthy criminal record.”
The “Zeze” rapper was arrested earlier this month at a festival. Kodak also reportedly falsified information to purchase guns. He’s also facing sexual misconduct charges.
As of now, Kodak will remain behind bars until his trial which could be at the end of summer.
