Donald Glover also known by his rap name Childish Gambino is allegedly suing his record label for taking cuts of his Childish Gambino royalties, according to The Blast.

It appears that the record label, GlassNote Entertainment Group has been taking cuts and Glover wants them to pay up to $700k in royalties.

Contray to what Glover believes, the record label is under the impression that their deal with Donald entitles them to 50{c455e3952acbf7fa430b36d499b5e00763ea4c1c1cfccd5c4f87653628a898dc}, Donald begs to differ.

According to documents, Glover claims “Glassnote’s multiple breaches under the License Agreement concern, among other things, the taking of excess distribution fees, underreporting of international revenues, deduction of excess producer royalties, underreporting of merchandise sales, and undocumented manufacturing expense charges.”
